This plug is compatible with most non-smart, dimmable bulbs, including incandescent (up to 300W) and LED/CFL (up to 150W). It can be used for various purposes, such as bedside lamps for better sleep, desk lamps for comfortable and efficient work, light strings for more artistic home decor, and floor lamps for multipurpose and space-saving solutions.
The remote control capabilities of this plug-in dimmer allow you to adjust your lighting from anywhere, at any time, through the app.
Troubleshooting If the dimmer plug doesn't turn on or off the lights, or it appears disconnected on the app, the issue may be due to the device being installed beyond the coverage of your Wi-Fi router or in an area with poor signals. Try relocating it to a location with a stronger Wi-Fi signal.
If the dimmer plug can't adjust the brightness of the connected lights, ensure that your lights meet the supported specifications: dimmable LED/CFL up to 150W and incandescent up to 300W. Non-dimmable lights cannot be adjusted.
For pairing issues, make sure the device is operating on the 2.4GHz frequency, not 5GHz, and that the pairing is completed within 3 minutes. Also, ensure the device is in a location with good Wi-Fi coverage and a stable network signal.
